Wearing that hat. ^^^

You wouldn’t know it, but I do have real clothes. And accessories. And shoes! I know I practically live in active wear; I’m either working or playing and both require wearing the same thing. When I unpacked my clothes during my move, it was obvious how much ish I have that I never wear. I made a vow to wear more of the real clothes and accessories I own on a regular basis. Up top, closet!

Birthday Weekend w/ my man-friend. ^^^

We make it a point to see each other at least every 4 weeks, but our last three visits all during work events, so we were hanging with approximately 50 of our closest fitness friends most of the time. It was nice to get an extra two days at the end of our San Fran work trip last week. We got an AirBnb place a little south of the city and explored Santa Cruz, Half Moon Bay, Los Gatos, and San Jose. Just the two of us.

Touring the Winchester Mystery House. ^^^

I loved touring old places. I think I get it from my mom and aunts, who do too. Anyway, when I found out the Winchester House was not far from where we were staying, I had to go. My man-friend wasn’t as excited, but because it was my birthday trip, he went along with it. The Winchester Rifle heir obsessively built, added on, and rebuilt her house 24 hours a day for 38 years in order to escape retribution from the souls of all who died from the rifles her family profited from. The place that covers 6 acres has 160 rooms, staircases that lead to nowhere, windows in the floor and doors that open to walls. Full story here. The woman sounded bat-sh*t crazy, but it made for a fun tour.

Celebrating Crystal’s wedding this weekend at HOME ^^^

I’m so excited to be attending my good friend Crystal’s wedding this weekend. I’m incredibly happy for her and Matt and can’t wait to celebrate their nuptials! Added bonus: they’re getting married in Louisville and that means I get to go home and see my friends and family. I’m pumped to get to teach class for all my old bootcampers tomorrow morning as well. It’ll be a great weekend!
