A Motivational Post from a Trainer…

Since you know you’re going to eat a ton of food on Thanksgiving,
it’s good to stay up and active…
A quick quick metabolic workout before you eat
helps to ensure you’ll be burning calories long into the day.
After digesting and visiting with family for a bit,
maybe even doing a short jog will help you feel great!
Since you’re off work, you actually have time for that yoga class you
can never make at 5:30.
What a great, active weekend!
I didn’t do ish (physically) this weekend.
It was nice.
But time to kick it in gear.
Get ready, week.
You’re about to be my bitch.
