Our TRX Instructor Summits are always amazing. Each day contains a workout, several hours of workshops with new information and science, and then ends with a team challenge. I’m happy to say that my team won the overall team award. Go Team 10! I took a bunch of photos, but they’re not as good as the ones my buddy Steve K. took. So I’m sharing all his:
One of out team challenges included accomplishing as many acro yoga poses as possible in one hour. We had a list with poses and photos to copy, each worth a set amount of points. There were also stipulations; you could only be the base or the flyer two times in each round. So sometimes you had to do a certain role. If you know me at all, you know that this pose in particular was not my jam, because of my immense distaste for my bare feet being touched, or bare feet touching me… #doublewhammy. But I’ll do what I have to do for a WIN. My man-friend had quite an enjoyable time watching me cringe through this one.
Go Team 10!
Our countries represented: India, China, Japan, U.S., Russia, U.S.
Us with our team’s winning prize: TRX Pink Straps (in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month)
Thank goodness the last day’s workout was TRX Flow. We all needed a good stretch by that point.

I don’t know what TRX Flow is but I heard stretching and I think you should teach that. I’d totally come.
