Birthday, NYC, Guest Teaching, etc

Today is my 29th Birthday! 
more on that later… 
I’m in NYC for the weekend
and STOKED to be guest teaching at Barry’s Bootcamp 
in TriBeCa today. 
If you’re in the area and want to be a BEAST today, 
come see me at 10am, 11:15am, and 3pm.
