Did you guys have skating parties when you were in elementary school?! We did and we went to almost EVERY one. Well my nephew’s school had his skating party last night and skating parties haven’t changed in the last 20 years! At least not around these parts…
We did the Hokey Pokey,
they called out door prize winners with your ticket stub numbers,
and they had RACES!

I used to love roller skating parties. Like LOVE them! If I could have one for my birthday this year, I totally would.
And I met my very first crush at one. I think our relationship lasted about 15 minutes. I was ten. Good times.
Oh I totally had a skating party! There’s something about those super slick rinks that make rollerblading so dang fun
