    Krystle, Amanda’s cousin needs a personal trainer because I’ve tried everything to lose weight, even playing a college sport couldn’t get me to where I’ve been happy. It’s hard living in a skinny family as “the big girl with a pretty face.” I need help! lol

  2. I’ve been training for a year, working out on my own and eating better and haven’t lost a pound. It might be that until switching trainers, my old one was not good and made me feel worse about myself. Maybe they just aren’t having me do the right things. I really just want to be healthier and get some stress of my knees. Looking better and losing weight doesn’t hurt! 🙂


  3. I’d love to have a personal trainer so I can get on the right track to changing my life. I was underweight my entire life and in the past few years, I’ve gained a lot, had surgeries that have affected my confidence and I’m ready to feel good about myself. No matter what I try, I can’t seem to lose it or keep my motivation going. I’m a mother of an 8 year old and I just feel so drained and without energy all the time. I want to be a positive role model for my son, get fit, be healthy and have the energy to balance a child, work, full-time school and just life in general. I need to stop the incline of weight before it gets even harder for me to lose. Having personal trainer sessions would be perfect for me, because I’d never be able to afford it otherwise and this will help me get on the right track to doing the right things to reach my goal.

  4. I’d love a personal trainer because I’d love to learn some helpful knowledge about working out. I am an avid cook and enjoy healthy eating. I have never been the athletic type and would love to feel more confident about my fitness. Fitness has always left me feeling intimidated. I would love to walk into the gym full of confidence and knowledge after your personal training sessions! Thanks for your consideration 🙂


  5. I’ve started a new chapter in my life. I spent the last year going to school to become a Massage Therapist. With graduation behind me, my husband and I are moving from the ‘burbs to downtown. A personal trainer would help me complete this transition into a super strong Massage Therapist.

    I’d like the chance to train with you because I lack motivation and need it I am also in menopause which has made some changes to my body that I don’t like… inner-tube belly for one. I don’t like how weak I’ve become.
