A playlist for your workout (or dance party) this week. If you’re just joining my blog, I’ve posted others as well. Click the playlist label at the bottom of this post to view them. I’ve got fast ones as well as mellow ones (in case you want to use this for stretching/ yoga/ meditation/ etc). This one has old/new music. I think it’s good to have both! As always, these playlists are an hour in length and include cool down/stretching music at the end. Enjoy!
